Here, we exploited parental taxane-sensitive MCF-7 cells and two taxane-resistant sublines, MCF-7/PacR (named as “PacR” subline) and MCF-7/SB-T-0035R (named as “0035R” sublines), to elucidate mechanisms regulating TRIP6 expression in breast cancer. Here, TRIP6 is linked to breast carcinoma.
