Based on the time spent in the aversive center, the latency to enter the center, the number of center entries, both supported and unsupported rears, we observed that Gabra5−/− mice do not exhibit anxiety-like tendencies (main genotype effect p = 0.23; p = 0.37; p = 0.65; p = 0.59; p = 0.39; genotype/sex interaction p > 0.05; Figure 3A–C, Supplementary Figure S2A,B) nor the average speed, total resting time, and total distance travelled differed (p = 0.16; 0.14; 0.16; genotype/sex interaction p > 0.05; Figure 3D–F).
