To explore the mechanism of m6A regulator HNRNPA2B1 and miR-92a in CRC, we first analyzed the expression profiling of m6A reader HNRNPA2B1 in six GEO datasets with 193 CRC and 100 normal colorectal tissues, showing that HNRNPA2B1 was highly expressed in CRC patients, and a similar result was displayed in miR-92a expression from six other GEO datasets (CRC = 306, the normal = 128), shown in Figure 4a,b. The gene discussed is HNRNPA2B1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
