Table 1 shows a significant difference between T1/T2 and T3/T4 tumors. This indicated that SRF expression was positively correlated with the invasion depth, especially in T3 and T4 OSCC (p = 0.008), and was associated with lymph node metastasis (p = 0.005). Therefore, SRF expression was abundant in specimens from patients with OSCC lymph node metastasis. However, the age, sex, and degree of tumor differentiation did not significantly differ (Table 1). The gene discussed is SRF; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
