Urine CA125 and HE4 were able to predict epithelial ovarian cancer with a model AUC of 0.69 (95% CI: 0.55–0.82, p = 0.01) and 0.71 (95% CI: 0.60–0.82, p = 0.006), respectively (Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene WFDC2 and ovarian carcinoma.
