MUC16 and ovarian cancer: The combination of urine biomarkers where either was positive had a positive and negative likelihood ratio for the detection of ovarian cancer of 1.51 (95% CI: 1.13–2.00) and 0.39 (95% CI: 0.14–1.11), respectively, whereas serum CA125 at a threshold of 35 U/mL had positive and negative likelihood ratios of 14.3 (95% CI: 6.45–31.6) and 0.13 (95% CI: 0.03–0.46), respectively.
