In invasive breast carcinoma, CD44-iASPP (p = 0.02) and CD44-p53 (p = 0.34) were mutually exclusive, and all three genes were negatively co-expressed, whereas in liver hepatocellular carcinoma, CD44-iASPP (p = 0.02) and CD44-p53 (p = 0.01) co-occurred with positive co-expression of CD44, iASPP, and p53. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and invasive breast carcinoma.
