Strikingly, we identified eight genes/proteins (AIP, NUDC, RPL35A, RPL37A, RPL6, RPS21, RPS25, and SMARCB1) that are overexpressed at the transcriptional level in AML patients but downregulated at the protein level upon TMP269 treatment in MOLM-13 cells (Figure 3A). Here, RPS21 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
