The main targeted antigens in hematological malignancies in most of the trials, both for international and European studies, were CD19 (354 and 28, respectively) and BCMA (101 and 4, respectively), which is the targeted antigen in the new CAR-T cell therapy that have recently received marketing authorization (Abecma® from Celgene (Summit, New Jersey)). Here, CD19 is linked to hematologic disorder.
