CDC42BPA and cancer: Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) [34,35] pan-cancer atlas compiled from 32 studies indicated that 9% of the 10,953 patients had genomic alterations to one or more of the Cdc42BPA, Cdc42BPB, and Cdc42BPG genes (Figure 4B), with gene amplifications and missense mutations being the most common.
