GH1 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: Independent from the fibrosis stage (FS), all NASH patients showed reduced GH levels compared to those in the controls (NASH with FS 0-1 patient had a median GH level of 0.10 ng/mL; NASH with FS ≥ 2 patient had a median GH level of 0.14 ng/mL; the control group had a median GH level of 0.45 ng/mL; p < 0.001).
