To demonstrate the synergy of p14-tBID and to further demonstrate that Ad-p14ARFmin-p14-tBID ± MDR1n can be activated by mut Ras and repressed by wt p53 in situ, we infected the stably transfected H1299 p53TS (V143A) lung cancer line with Ad-pCMV-p14-IRES-GFP, Ad-pCMV-IRES-tBID, Ad-pCMV-p14-IRES-tBID and Ad-p14ARFmin-p14-IRES-tBID ± MDR1n. Here, TP53 is linked to lung carcinoma.
