To determine the underlying mechanism of CAV1 and CAV2 in HNSCC, we used the online website database Xena with two of the main criteria to screen the appropriate genes that have a strong correlation with the expression levels of CAV1, and CAV2 (|Pearson’s R| ≥ 0.60) and are significantly relevant (Welch’s t-test, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CAV1 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
