According to these findings, we summarized that the treatment of hepatic, colon, and breast cancer cell lines exposed to IC50 doses of household-processed fenugreek leaves and seeds involved ADFL, UFS, GFS, SFS, and BFS, which enhanced the up-regulation of the studied pro-apoptotic p53, Cas-3, and Bax genes and down-regulation of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 genes, which induced apoptosis of the studied cell lines, then decreased the tumor growth and cell proliferation. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast cancer.
