Pathogenic bacterial infection experiments indicated that the relative expression trends of miR-200a-3p, miR-8159-5p, and miR-217-5p were opposite to that of TLR1 in the spleen and leukocytes of miiuy croaker after infection with Vibrio anguillarum or stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), suggesting that miR-200a-3p, miR-8159-5p, and miR-217-5p may be involved in the immune response against pathogenic bacteria in fish by regulating the canonical NF-κB pathway via targeting TLR1 (30, 31).
