PTH and Hypertension: Notably, after adjusting for age, gender, BMI, duration of PHPT, hypertension, and diabetes, the corrected calcium and PTH levels were positively correlated with LVMI (r =0.164, p=0.036, r=0.298, p<0.001, respectively), whereas serum phosphorus was negatively correlated with LVMI (r=-0.167, p =0.044).
