As seen in Table 2 and Fig. 6, in the ARL9 mRNA high expression group, the cell adhesion (FOCAL ADHESION, CELL ADHESION MOLECULES CAMS), extracellular matrix receptor interaction (ECM RECEPTOR INTERACTION), and tumor-associated pathways (PATHWAYS IN CANCER) were enriched, indicating that the high expression of this gene may promote the development of colon adenocarcinoma through the upregulation of these pathways. This evidence concerns the gene ARL9 and neoplasm.
