ARL9 and neoplasm: In this study, we also performed a GSEA of ARL9 and concluded that ARL9 is highly expressed in colon adenocarcinoma tissues and that it may be involved in the development of colon adenocarcinoma through the upregulation of cell adhesion, extracellular matrix receptor interaction, and the activation of tumor-associated pathways, and the downregulation of the citrate cycle and tricarboxylic acid cycle pathways.
