ARL9 and colon adenocarcinoma: As seen in Table 2 and Fig. 6, in the ARL9 mRNA high expression group, the cell adhesion (FOCAL ADHESION, CELL ADHESION MOLECULES CAMS), extracellular matrix receptor interaction (ECM RECEPTOR INTERACTION), and tumor-associated pathways (PATHWAYS IN CANCER) were enriched, indicating that the high expression of this gene may promote the development of colon adenocarcinoma through the upregulation of these pathways.
