This resulted in 18 drugs (Supplementary Table 3) targeting 5 genes including: 14 drugs targeting PTGS2, used to treat primarily rheumatic disease and osteoarthritis; interferon alfacon1 or alfa-2B (targeting IFNAR1 and IFNAR2), designed to counteract viral infections; galiximab and antibody for CD80 (phase III trials for lymphoma); and the antibody RA-18C3 targeting IL1A for colorectal cancer.
