In the last decade, scores using age, sex, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance, and B2 microglobulin level have been used to evaluate the prognosis of CLL.[9,10] However, these scoring systems are thought to be insufficient in CLL case groups with comorbid diseases and OMs.[11,12] Therefore, new studies are needed to evaluate the clinical features and prognosis of patients with other diseases in addition to CLL.
