When compared to the mild cases of sepsis, we found the SLC22A4, GCLM, ATP6V1C1, LCN2, LTF, ELL2, CISD2, and CA1 were up-regulated and the FTO and CYP4V2 were down-regulated in the severe cases of sepsis (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene LCN2 and Sepsis.
