FGFR2 and hepatitis C virus infection: PLOD2 was related to HNSCC, hepatitis C, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and CTLA4 inhibitory signaling (Fig. 6B) while PLOD3 was linked to basal cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, ncRNAs involved in WNT signaling in hepatocellular carcinoma, and FRS-mediated FGFR2 signaling (Fig. 6C).
