Based on the comparative assessment of P53 and RNF38 genes expression, an increase occurred in the expression level of the P53 gene related to the sperm cells of individuals with asthenozoospermia compared to that of individuals with normozoospermia in the subgroups of A, B, and C, as well as a total of group D. Further, a significant difference was observed between the expression and decreasing RNF38 gene and motility, and consequently asthenozoospermia in males (p < 0.001). The gene discussed is RNF38; the disease is Reduced sperm motility.
