TP53 and Reduced sperm motility: A similar study was conducted on the effect of oxidative stress and the level of P53 protein in the sperm of males with asthenozoospermia and normozoospermia, and found that its level in the asthenozoospermia group is significantly more compared to that of the normal group (p < 0.001) and the level of motility is significantly related to P53 gene expression (p < 0.001) (15), which are consistent with the results of the present study.
