DVT–R2 significantly increased CAT by 33.6% (P<0.05) but decreased significantly SOD and POD by 19.1% and 18.4% (P<0.05), which indicated that the oxidative damage caused by the water deficit at the VT–R2 stage can only be alleviated to a certain extent. This evidence concerns the gene SOD1 and deep vein thrombosis.
