As for the predicted target genes of these miRNAs, the target gene SCYL3 is involved in maintaining motor neuron viability (Kuliyev et al., 2018); eIF4G2 is involved in neuropathic pain (Zhang et al., 2021); and Rab10, NF-1, and Dll1 are indeed involved in PD (Imai et al., 2015; Kuo et al., 2021; Kluss et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene SCYL3 and Parkinson disease.
