GA enrichment analysis based on the primary tumor location (renal pelvis vs. ureter) revealed that ELF3 GAs (14.86% vs. 3.51%) were more enriched in renal pelvis tumors; conversely, the frequency of TP53 (61.40% vs. 35.14%), PMS2 (8.77% vs. 0.00%), FAT4 (8.77% vs. 0.00%) was significantly higher in patients with ureter tumors (Figure 5B). Here, TP53 is linked to ureter neoplasm.
