Treatment of PC12 cells and PD mouse models with ferrostatin-1 or DADLE remarkably reduced the accumulation of MDA and 4-HNE (Figures 5(a) and 6(a)), decreased the protein expressions of GPX4 and SLC7a11 (Figures 5(b) and 6(b)), and restored the mitochondrial membrane potential (Figure 5(c), Supplementary Figure S3A).
