STRADB and rheumatoid arthritis: SLC38A9, an arginine sensor for mTORC1 is also significantly increased in RA compared to healthy donors (p < 0.0001) while genes involved in MTORC1 re-localization (RRAGC and STRADB) were also significantly increased in RA (p < 0.0001 and p < 0.05, respectively) compared to that of healthy donor tissue.
