In a mouse model of KRAS-TP53 co-mutation (KP) lung cancer, airway microbiosis disorder caused by Tiny Vibrio led to the recruitment of Th17 cells, increased IL-17 production, increased PD-1+T cell-expression, and recruitment of neutrophils, which resulted in a reduced survival and increased the burden of lung tumors (111). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is lung carcinoma.
