For the involvement of LDLRAD3 in progression of NSCLC, the GSEA analysis showed that many oncogenic signaling or process were enriched in patients with high LDLRAD3 expression, such as MYC targets, MTORC1 signaling, E2F targets, G2M checkpoints, and mitotic spindle, suggesting that LDLRAD3 is involved in the progression of NSCLC (Figure 7B). The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
