AKI was associated with less frequent dispensing of P2Y12 inhibitors (sHR, 0.95; 95% CI, 0.92–0.98) and direct anticoagulants (sHR, 0.94; 95% CI, 0.90–0.98) but more frequent dispensing of warfarin (sHR, 1.16; 95% CI, 1.11–1.22). The gene discussed is P2RY12; the disease is acute kidney injury.
