We conducted differentially expressed analyses of CRGs between normal and GBM samples and found that 10 CRGs were significantly up-regulated in GBM samples, including SLC31A1, CDKN2A, MTF1, LIPT1, FDX1, PDHB, PDHA1, LIAS, DLD, and DLAT. Here, DLAT is linked to glioblastoma.
