CD4 and chronic kidney disease: Therefore, we further analyzed the differences in the proportions of 22 immune cell subtypes between the normal and disease states according to the CIBERSORT algorithm (Figure 3C), and the results showed that CKD patients had higher levels of T-cell CD4 memory resting, Macrophages M1, Macrophages M2, Mast cells resting, and the results confirmed that activation of the immune system is closely associated with the progression of CKD (Figure 3D).
