The results showed that metabolism-related pathways were concentrated in normal samples, whereas the allograft rejection, asthma, autoimmune thyroid disease, graft−versus−host disease, intestinal immune network for IgA production, T ype I diabetes mellitus were significantly enriched in the CKD group, suggesting that immune imbalance may be one of the main pathogenic mechanisms in the advancement of CKD.
