IFNG and rheumatoid arthritis: Psoraleae Fructus, as a Chinese botanical drug for treating RA, reduced the percentages of CD4+ IL-17A+, CD4+ TNF-α+, and CD4+ IFN-γ+ cells in the spleen and the expression of inflammatory factors by increasing myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) (Pai et al. 2021), four of which can inhibit RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis.
