The first-in-human results of [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 reported toxicity, dosimetry, and feasibility of 5.8 ± 2.0 GBq (per cycle) [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 in 11 patients with advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (n = 5), breast cancer (n = 4), rectal cancer (n = 1), and ovarian cancer (n = 1) [33].
