The size of the tumours in Ahr–/– bone-marrow-reconstituted mice was reduced to the same extent as that of tumours from wild-type reconstituted mice after treatment with 3-IAA and FIRINOX (Fig. 2c), arguing against a role of the AhR in mediating the efficacy of 3-IAA and FIRINOX treatment.
