In contrast, most probiotics did not affect the acetylation of CDC42 K153, such as Streptococcus thermophiles, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus paracasei (S1C Fig), and these bacterial species have been shown to inhibit tumor growth of CRC [41–44].
