S100P and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Using this dataset, we identified AGR2, CEAMAN6, GNMT, PDIA2, POSTN, RBPJL, and S100P genes to be associated with pancreatic tumor tissue as compared to non-tumor tissue that were irrespective of race, and TSPAN8 and GSTM1 as potential pancreatic tumor-specific upregulated genes in pancreatic cancer tissue from Black patients as compared to non-tumor pancreatic tissue in Black patients and both pancreatic tumor and non-tumor tissues from White patients.
