Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most prevalent systemic autoimmune diseases (AIDs), which has heterogenous symptoms featured by synovium hyperplasia, autoantibody production, such as RF (rheumatoid factor) and ACPA (anti–citrullinated protein antibody), as well as cartilage and joint destruction [1]. Here, PRTN3 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
