The incorporation of RTN4, LAMP2, WDR1, KRT13, ALDH2 and ILF3 gave rise to a ten-marker biomarker panel, which predicted endometrial cancer with an AUC of 0.91 (0.86–0.96), and was the best performing diagnostic model (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is RTN4; the disease is endometrial cancer.
