The incorporation of RTN4, LAMP2, WDR1, KRT13, ALDH2 and ILF3 gave rise to a ten-marker biomarker panel, which predicted endometrial cancer with an AUC of 0.91 (0.86–0.96), and was the best performing diagnostic model (Fig. 3a). This evidence concerns the gene ALDH2 and endometrial cancer.
