TET3 and neoplasm: By analyzing our previously published RNA-seq data of 22 paired normal and adjacent UCB tumor tissues, we identified that 7 writers (NOP2, NSUN2, NSUN3, NSUN4, NSUN5, NSUN6 and NSUN7), one reader (ALYREF) and two erasers (TET2 and TET3) were statistically significant and recurrent upregulated in UCB tumor tissues (fold change > 1.1, P-value <0.05, occurrence rate> 50%) (Fig. 1A).
