We were able to identify EWSR1 fusions in 10 of the 12 patients with Ewing sarcoma (Supplemental Fig. 5a), including two patients who had a CNA-negative LP-WGS profile at diagnosis, one with localized (patient 28) and one with metastatic disease (patient 26), (Supplemental Fig. 5b, c). The gene discussed is EWSR1; the disease is Ewing sarcoma.
