While all of four proteins (CALD1, LASP1, MNDA, and ZYX) were differentially expressed between psoriatic patients with and without CVD risk factors (Fig. 4 and Supplementary Table S5 online for raw data of ELISA), the concentrations of CALD1, MNDA, and ZYX were significantly higher in the psoriasis group with CVD risk factors than in the psoriasis group without CVD risk factors (P-value < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene LASP1 and psoriasis.
