While all of four proteins (CALD1, LASP1, MNDA, and ZYX) were differentially expressed between psoriatic patients with and without CVD risk factors (Fig. 4 and Supplementary Table S5 online for raw data of ELISA), the concentrations of CALD1, MNDA, and ZYX were significantly higher in the psoriasis group with CVD risk factors than in the psoriasis group without CVD risk factors (P-value < 0.05). The gene discussed is CALD1; the disease is psoriasis.
