COV434 cells, which were commonly considered as granulosa-like cells but recently reclassified as small cell ovarian carcinoma (Price et al., 2012; Zhang et al., 2000; Karnezis et al., 2021), did not express most granulosa markers, but did express high levels of WT1 and NR2F2. The gene discussed is WT1; the disease is ovarian small cell carcinoma.
