The results showed that TIPE2 expression correlated positively with the tumor-infiltrating immune cells in ovarian cancer, including CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, Treg cells, activated DCs, NK cells, macrophages, mast cells, and Tfh, suggesting that TIPE2 may impair the TME of ovarian cancer. The gene discussed is TIPE2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
