Many reports indicate that the median attack time for immune hepatitis is approximately 8 to 12 weeks after ICIs.[1] Studies have shown that[11,12] expression level of PD-L1 is positively correlated with efficacy, and pembrolizumab in advanced NSCLC patients with a TPS ratio ≥50% is significantly higher than that in patients with low expression in tumor reaction, progression free survival, and overall survival; however, the relationship between adverse events and TPS ratio is not mentioned. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
