This finding indicates that the positive staining of CD34 may be important for the diagnosis of CCTLs.[22] Adachi et al[23 reported a case of CCTL positively stained for CD1a, and also confirmed CD1a protein positive expression in 19 cases of PEComa.[24] These results suggested that CD1a antibody could be an additional marker for diagnosing PEComas.
