LRRC3B and cancer: Tumor suppressor pathways, such as fatty acid metabolism, DNA repair, oxidative phosphorylation, and G2M checkpoint, were found to positively associate with LRRC3B expression in 12 cancer types (LUAD, LUSC, BRCA, BLCA, KIRC, HNSC, OV, STAD, LGG, GBM, SKCM, LIHC), suggesting that LRRC3B is involved in regulating cell metabolism and cell cycle progress (Figure 6).
