LRRC3B and cancer: Our bioinformatics analysis showed that DNA repair, oxidative phosphorylation, and G2M checkpoint were positively associated with LRRC3B expression in a number of cancers: LUAD, LUSC, BRCA, BLCA, KIRC, HNSC, OV, STAD, LGG, GBM, SKCM, and LIHC.
