MIR100HG and neoplasm: A study showed that the expression levels of MIR100HG differed significantly in stage I, II and III/IV CRC tissues, suggesting that MIR100HG may be one of the markers for predicting CRC tumor stage; MIR100HG’s function is mediated by let-7a-2–3p, miR-125b-5p, and miR-125b-1–3p expression, all encoded by intron-3 [42].
