SACK1A and familial pancreatic carcinoma: To examine the effects of the peptides that target FAM83A-β-catenin interaction on the tumorigenicity of pancreatic cancer cells, in vitro and in vivo assays were performed, and the results showed that CP-FaP2 and CP-FaP3 decreased the ability of DNA synthesis of PANC-1 and AsPC-1 cells compared with that observed in the control cells by using a 5-ethynyl-20-deoxyuridine (EdU) incorporation assay (Supplementary Fig. S7a–d).
