Fga, Fgb, and Fgg are core genes encoding fibrinogen, which plays an essential role in the negative regulation of endothelial apoptosis and the positive regulation of vasoconstriction, and were significantly upregulated in cisplatin-induced AKI in other research and in the renal tissue of the CI-AKI group in our study [37]. This evidence concerns the gene FGG and acute kidney injury.
