In breast cancer, GCH1 was significantly related to BRCA2, FANCA, FANCI, CDK12, FANCD2, BRIP1, and CHEK1 (Figure 5(e), Supplementary Figures 3(a)–3(e)), while in ovarian cancer, GCH1 was positively associated with 11 genes, including RAD54L, FANCI, BARD1, FANCA, NBN, EMSY, BRIP1, PALB2, BRCA2, CHEK1, and ATR (Figure 5(f), Supplementary Figures 3(f)–3(n). The gene discussed is CDK12; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
