In breast cancer, GCH1 was significantly related to BRCA2, FANCA, FANCI, CDK12, FANCD2, BRIP1, and CHEK1 (Figure 5(e), Supplementary Figures 3(a)–3(e)), while in ovarian cancer, GCH1 was positively associated with 11 genes, including RAD54L, FANCI, BARD1, FANCA, NBN, EMSY, BRIP1, PALB2, BRCA2, CHEK1, and ATR (Figure 5(f), Supplementary Figures 3(f)–3(n). This evidence concerns the gene ATR and breast carcinoma.
